Yes, it is supported to run the PeopleSync database in a SQL Server AlwaysOn availability group for high availability.

Please note that SQL Server logins are created only on the SQL Server instance the primary replica resides on instance during setup. You must copy these logins to the other SQL Server instances in the availability group, otherwise PeopleSync will not work after failover.
