How to Get Verbose Log in PeopleSync App

This article shows how to get the verbose log from the PeopleSync App and send it to us.

Instructions

In the PeopleSync App, go to Menu > Settings.
Enable Verbose logging.
Go back to the main screen, open your account.
In the top right corner select the 3 vertical dots and select Refresh Address Book List.
Then on the bottom-right corner click on the pink sync logo to force a sync.
Go to Menu > Settings > Show Debug info.
Send the content of this debug info to us by clicking on SHARE ARCHIVE.
Send the content of this debug info to us.
Pull down from the top of the screen to see the "PeopleSync logging" message. Click on View/share.
Open the file and send it to us.
Return to Menu > Settings and disable verbose logging.
